The Valentino approach for Spring 2014 has a richness from opera influences but at the same time a playfulness and easiness of a summery grecian landscape. It´s all about balance between a totally embroidered dress, and the easiness of gold detailed flats. Burgundy and black allied to turqouise, gold and red, turns into the ultimate mythological creature. Loved the mixture of lace and a less than perfect finish, croco fringed bag. The powerful black still making it´s appearence with some serious gold jewelry pieces, sleek and polished, as Valentino accustomed us.
